All promotional bonuses on PKR Rummy — including the welcome bonus and free spins — carry wagering requirements before withdrawal. The standard requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Bonus terms are displayed in full at the point of claiming. Read them before you opt in.
Winnings can only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the PKR Rummy account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. This protects both our players and the integrity of the platform.

To create an account on PKR Rummy, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a secure password. The information you provide at registration must match your identity documents and the name on your payment accounts.
Age requirement. You must be a minimum of 18 years old to register and use PKR Rummy. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. PKR Rummy reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. Accounts confirmed to be held by underage players will be permanently closed.
One account policy. Each person may hold exactly one PKR Rummy account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether to exploit welcome bonuses, circumvent a suspension or for any other reason — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PKR Rummy will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. Do not share your account access with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at support@pkrrummy.com.
All financial transactions on PKR Rummy are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. PKR Rummy does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.
Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are accepted via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard. Deposit funds are typically credited to your playing balance within 60 seconds for mobile wallet methods and within 10 to 15 minutes for bank transfers during standard banking hours. PKR Rummy does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits.
Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the PKR Rummy account. You cannot withdraw to a third-party account or wallet under any circumstances. PKR Rummy aims to process all standard withdrawal requests to mobile wallets within five minutes. Withdrawals above Rs 100,000 may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours.
Rs 200 — applicable to all deposit methods. The welcome bonus activates on first deposits of Rs 500 or more.
Rs 500 to any registered payment method. Amounts above Rs 100,000 may require identity verification before release.
Refused deposits. PKR Rummy reserves the right to refuse a deposit in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraud, technical issues with the payment provider or risk management decisions. In such cases, the deposit amount will be returned to the originating payment method without deduction.
Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider for funds that have been deposited and played on PKR Rummy constitutes fraud. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts permanently suspended and will be pursued for recovery of the fraudulently obtained amount.
PKR Rummy offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of the offer in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.
Welcome bonus. New PKR Rummy accounts that make a qualifying first deposit of Rs 500 or more are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rs 10,000. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited. A standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
Free spins. Free spins credited as part of a promotion have a default value of Rs 10 per spin unless stated otherwise. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the same 30x wagering requirement unless a specific promotion states different terms.
All games on PKR Rummy — including Rummy, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, cricket betting, slots and live table games — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
Results are final. Once a game round, hand or sports event has concluded and the result has been officially settled, the outcome is final and cannot be appealed except in cases of a demonstrable technical error on PKR Rummy's part.
Technical failures. If a game disconnects after a bet has been placed and before the round concludes, the result will be determined by the server-side record, which logs every action with a timestamp. If a technical failure on PKR Rummy's infrastructure prevents a fair result, the relevant stakes will be returned. Technical failures on the player's side — including internet disconnection, device power loss or browser issues — do not entitle the player to a stake refund if the round was completed server-side.
Cricket and sports betting. All cricket and sports bets are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent). Matches that are abandoned, voided or interrupted and not completed within the specified continuation window will be settled according to the rules displayed in the betting section at the time the bet was placed.
Maximum win limits. Individual games may carry maximum single-round win limits as specified in the game paytable or betting rules. PKR Rummy reserves the right to apply maximum win caps across all game categories.

If you believe another player is engaging in prohibited conduct, please report it to our support team via live chat or at support@pkrrummy.com. All reports are investigated confidentially. Providing false reports maliciously is itself a breach of these terms.
PKR Rummy provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform uptime and stability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party provider failures and other circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service interruptions.
PKR Rummy's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the event giving rise to any claim. PKR Rummy is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of profits or business opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
In particular, PKR Rummy accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's own technical issues — including internet disconnection, device failure, browser incompatibility or loss of power — during an active game session where the game round was completed server-side and the result logged correctly.
PKR Rummy reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
Continued use of PKR Rummy after any change to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date of the change. Where changes are material, PKR Rummy will provide advance notice to registered account holders via email or in-app notification.
